SEASON START/END & FREEZING OPTION
You can freeze your slots for up to two weeks if you have to travel during Christmas or Spring break.
The coaching season starts on September 1st and ends on June 30th.
Tennis Coaching continues throughout public holidays, unless notification is received from your tennis coach that there will be no lessons on those days.
Please allow the coach a one-month notice if you decide to stop your lessons, so that your instructor gets enough time to offer the slot to someone else before it becomes vacant.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL A SESSION?
Being consistent with your tennis lessons is crucial for your progress, especially if you only train once a week. That said, we understand that things can get out hand sometimes. Please refer to our policy below for ways to keep up with your training schedule. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SHARED LESSONS PAYMENT INFORMATION I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL
ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SERVICE.
If you have to cancel please text the coach at least 24 hours in advance, the coach will try to find an opportunity for a make up session. Please note that the make up lesson can not replace the next scheduled lesson, it must be conducted on a different day and is subject to availability.
Please note that too many cancellations can not be accommodated and the missed sessions will be charged in full.
Same day cancellations will be charged in full..
If you are part of a group lesson and miss a session, you will be charged.
If the whole group cancels, a catch up lesson will be proposed by the coach but it can not replace the next scheduled lesson and is subject to availability.
BAD WEATHER
Please always assume the lesson will take place unless informed otherwise by the coach. If in doubt, please text your coach.
All payments are in advance and can be paid to your respective tennis coach.
Group Tennis Coaching will be charged for as per the tennis coaching term.
Private and Semi private Tennis Coaching will be charged for in sets of 5.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this activity and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical
professional.
I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.
In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin,
successors, and assigns as follows:
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity.
(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities
or persons associated with this activity.
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the
event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.
